Color Story: Bold & Bright

How to Incorporate More Color into Your Wedding Palette

We love working with color but know that it can be kind of intimidating when planning your wedding. We've compiled a variety of examples to help you envision what a colorful floral wedding could look like. If you're interested in having a vibrant palette we can help guide you to make sure everything flows throughout your event.

Bold Color

Meredith & John at 19 Acres Cider Co.

M & J were married mid-September which allowed us to use a ton of late summer and early fall blooms in bright colors such as dahlias, zinnia, strawflower, roses, and cosmos.

Katie & Royeric at Bridal Veil Lakes

K & R were another late summer wedding full of dahlias, rudbeckia, and snapdragon in a bold color palette.

Vania & Warren at Empress Estate

We loved getting to use coral peonies and complementing carnations, roses, and snapdragon for V & W's early June wedding.

Vibrant Palette

Erica & Jamie at Blockhouse

We mixed bright colors and jewel tones for this late spring wedding at Blockhouse. We loved how the dark blue/purple delphinium balanced out the sunset palette.

Styled Shoot at Everett West

We were excited to show off all the wondering spring blooms at this styled shoot. Featuring tulips, hellebore, anemone, and pieres in a spectrum of pinks and yellows.

Wildflower Inspired

Two wildflower-inspired weddings featuring the bounty of late summer such as dahlias, zinnia, cosmos, and scabiosa.

Alondra & Anthony at Ironlight

Aubrey & Adam at Oregon Golf Club

Monotone Colors

Nishi & Joey at Blockhouse / Pomarius

We had so much fun creating a sunshine cloud for N & J in early October. We were still harvesting dahlias, sunflowers, marigolds, and yarrow - which all fit beautifully into their palette.

Henya & Zach at Blockhouse / Pomarius

H & Z wanted a simple, modern design in a palette of pinks and reds. We loved the chance to showcase the magenta zinnia & dahlias that were coming of the field in July.
