Songbird Floristry is an assumed business name for Arranged For You Floral Events, LLC, a domestic limited liability company registered in Oregon. The terms “Songbird Floristry,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Arranged For You Floral Events, LLC.
By using Songbird Floristry’s website (www.songbirdfloristry.com), purchasing any goods from Songbird Floristry, or entering into any transactions with Songbird Floristry (collectively, our “Services”), you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions of use (https://www.songbirdfloristry.com/terms-and-conditions), which is a binding contract that incorporates the terms of this Privacy Policy by reference.
Information we collect. We collect information that you provide voluntarily through our website or through other communications, including:

Marketing materials. Purchase information. If you purchase goods through our service, you will be asked to provide certain financial information to facilitate payment. As part of the payment process, we authorize third-parties performing sales processing services on our behalf to collect, store and use information in order to process your transaction, for example, your name, address, credit card information and phone number. The payment system will also collect information regarding the actual bill payment transaction, including the date and amount paid. Currently, Authorize.Net processes all credit card or online payment transactions for us. International Users. Our website and Services are based in the United State. If you are using our Services from outside the United States, please note that by using our Services you are consenting to the transfer of your personal data to the United States, which may not have the same data protections laws as your home country.
Residents of California. Under California law, users who are California residents may request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. In general, this information would include a list of the categories of Personal Information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which the business disclosed and shared information in the preceding calendar year. Children’s Privacy. You prohibited from providing us with any personal details for children under the age of thirteen. In accordance with the Children’s Privacy Act, we will use reasonable efforts to remove any personally identifiable of any child under the age of thirteen that we learn of.
