Songbird Floristry is an assumed business name for Arranged For You Floral Events, LLC, a domestic limited liability company registered in Oregon.  The terms “Songbird Floristry,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Arranged For You Floral Events, LLC. 

By using Songbird Floristry’s website (, purchasing any goods from Songbird Floristry, or entering into any transactions with Songbird Floristry (collectively, our “Services”), you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions of use (, which is a binding contract that incorporates the terms of this Privacy Policy by reference. 

Information we collect.  We collect information that you provide voluntarily through our website or through other communications, including:

  • Contact details, such as name, address, phone number and email;
  • Contents of communications with us, such as e-mails and phone calls;
  • Financial data for purchases, such as credit card number, CVV, expiration dates, and billing address;

  • Transaction details, such as  order information and transaction history; and
  • Other information you may share with us, such as photos or reviews.

How we use your information.  We use information that we collect for lawful purposes associated with the growth, maintenance, management, and conduct of our business while also respecting your privacy. These uses include, but are not limited to, our internal operations and administration, communicating with you and fulfilling your requests for Services, providing customer service, improving our Services, and providing you with marketing materials we think may be of interest to you.  We may share your information (1) with third-parties who assist us in providing and improving our Services, (2) if required by law, or (3) in the event of a significant corporate change, such as sale, merger, asset sale, or similar. In addition, we may disclose anonymous, aggregated user statistics to third parties for a variety of purposes or as otherwise provided herein.

Use of cookies.  Songbird Floristry and its third party service providers use certain tools to collect information about users browsing our website. These tools use cookies which are small text files that are stored on a user’s computer hard drive. The cookies are used, among other things, to improve website performance, to provide customized viewing options, to compile statistical reports on website activity, for fraud reduction or for security purposes. We also use cookies to recognize customers or a previous visitor of our website, or to pre-populate website forms. Such information may be disclosed to third parties to provide our Services. Third-party content, links, and plug-ins. Our website may contain links to third-party websites which may have privacy policies that differ from our own.  We are not responsible for the practices of such websites.  For example, the use of any social network plugin is subject to each social media website’s privacy policy.  As with linked sites, we have no control over the information that is collected, stored, or used by social network plugins, and are not responsible for the practices of such website.  Read their policies carefully as you use them at your own risk.

Marketing materials.  As mentioned above, we may use your contact information to provide you information about our Services through a periodic newsletter or marketing materials, which you can opt out of at any time.  By opting out, you would still be able to receive information from us relating to your account and orders, or that we otherwise deem necessary to provide Services to you.    

   Purchase information.  If you purchase goods through our service, you will be asked to provide certain financial information to facilitate payment.  As part of the payment process, we authorize third-parties performing sales processing services on our behalf to collect, store and use information in order to process your transaction, for example, your name, address, credit card information and phone number.  The payment system will also collect information regarding the actual bill payment transaction, including the date and amount paid.  Currently, Authorize.Net processes all credit card or online payment transactions for us.  Here are links to their privacy policy and terms of use  If you do not want to use their services, please contact us at [email protected] to discuss other possible payment options. 

International Users.  Our website and Services are based in the United State.  If you are using our Services from outside the United States, please note that by using our Services you are consenting to the transfer of your personal data to the United States, which may not have the same data protections laws as your home country. 

Residents of California. Under California law, users who are California residents may request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.  In general, this information would include a list of the categories of Personal Information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which the business disclosed and shared information in the preceding calendar year.  You may also opt out of having your personal information shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes.  To make such a request, please contact us at [email protected].

 Children’s Privacy.  You prohibited from providing us with any personal details for children under the age of thirteen.  In accordance with the Children’s Privacy Act, we will use reasonable efforts to remove any personally identifiable of any child under the age of thirteen that we learn of.

Amendments:  Songbird Floristry may amend this Privacy Policy by publishing an updated Privacy Policy to our website. If at any time you engage with Songbird Floristry or our Services, it is your responsibility to review the Privacy Policy for updates.  For your convenience, the date of the last revision is included at the top of this page.
