Floral Inspo for Fusion Weddings

Poornima & Stephan · June 2024

Poornima & Stephen's Indian fusion wedding was a vibrant celebration of cultures, featuring lush floral arrangements in rich purples, pinks, and blues that brought bold elegance to the lush Leach Botanical Gardens. The design blended traditional Indian elements with modern touches for a truly unforgettable day.

Zishan & Nick - June 2025

Garden party meets glam for this fusion wedding at Del Mar Villa. Zishan started the day in a traditional Chinese wedding dress for their tea ceremony festivities and later changed to a white gown for the vow ceremony on the lawn. We designed in a palette of primarily pastels (with pops of red in her bouquet) that fit nicely in the golden ballroom.

Saumya & Jess · September 2024

Saumya & Jess wanted bright, bold colors for their big day at Leach Botanical Gardens. Pinks and yellows lead the design, complementing Saumya's sari. We used big blooms such as marigolds, roses, dahlias, and zinnias in bold colors to create floral forward designs for their ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.

Sonia & Luke - June 2024

Sonia & Luke's Persian fusion wedding took place at The Foundry in Lake Oswego. We displayed part of the Sofreh Aghd on pillars surrounding their vow exchange, which were later moved to the full display inside the venue for their reception - accommodating with the space while still honoring the tradition.

Bright, colorful blooms such as peonies, bachelor buttons, snapdragons, roses, and delphinium were key to garden party design.

Sheliza & Justin - July 2024

We designed with a palette of light blue, burgundy, ivory, peach, and green for Justin & Sheliza's wedding at Scholls Valley Lodge. Florals were mainly showcased during the reception, while their traditional Indian wedding attire was the highlight of the ceremony.

Corey & Sahand - July 2025

Classic white and green florals placed in front of the shimmering Sofreh Aghd for Corey & Sahand's Persian fusion wedding at Abernethy.

Elirissa & Wing - July 2024

Elirissa & Wing's wedding day at The Aerie started with a traditional Chinese tea ceremony to honor and show respect to their elders. We created a backdrop of elevated arrangements and meadow ground flowers to frame the tea ceremony which were later moved to the end of the aisle for their vow exchange.

We used the best of summer blooms like dahlias, rudbeckia, snapdragon, matricaria, and roses in a mix of blush, pink, pale yellow, and pops of burnt orange. The colors worked well with the red decor of the tea ceremony and also transitioned nicely to other areas of their venue.

Vania & Warren - June 2022

Hot pinks, oranges, and yellows popped against dark greenery & burgundy blooms for their wedding at Empress Estate in June. It was still early enough in the season to get gorgeous coral charm peonies that we paired with orange spray roses, sunny crespedia, and burgundy snapdragons & carnations.
