Add a Serving of Fruit
We've seen the addition of fruit to wedding decor rise over the past few years and we think it's such a unique way to add texture and something different to your tables.
We've rounded up a few photoshoots and real wedding examples of how to incorporate fruit into your designs - ranging from dark and moody winter berries to spring-forward melons and Italian-inspired citrus.
Coopers Hall Styled Shoot - January 2025
For this moody, boho styled shoot at Coopers Hall we incorporated black grapes, pomegranates, and nuts to create a sense of coming to a bountiful winter feast. We love how the colors of the fruit paired so well with the browns and burgundies of the florals and linens.
Hannah & Luka - March 2025 at Lachini Vineyards
Lemons at the base of Hannah & Luka's centerpieces added to the Italian vibe perfect for their wedding at Lachini Vineyards. Proof that even a small bit of fruit can be the detail that transforms a tablescape from simple to elevated.
Melon Inspired Shoot - Spring 2025
We love how the cantaloupe, grapes, and honeydew matched so well with the tulips and daffodils, creating a cohesive, analogous tablescape.
Hanna & Owen - December 2025 at The Benson Hotel
Hanna & Owen's wedding was the epitome of timeless elegance meets modern design. It was a December wedding so we leaned into creams, burgundies, and greens - but avoided a Christmas-theme. Dripping grapes, cut open pomegranates, and apples added a chic, trend-forward element throughout their reception space.
Sina & Toby - July 2025 at Rebers Riverside
We love the maximalist, Old World opulence that these dripping fruit trays added to Sina & Toby's glowing tables. We grew dark purple tomatoes especially for their wedding that we let drape alongside the greenery down the tables. Towers of grapes, strawberries, and peaches added a royal feast element throughout the room.
